{A word of thanks!}

We just wanted to take a moment to thank all of our wonderful readers for following, commenting, mentioning & encouraging us! It really does mean a lot :)
We originally started this blog just as a way to keep our families in the know. My husbands family is mostly here in state. {Most of them actually live down the street from us :) } But my side of the family lives all over the place. Seriously! I have family in Colorado, Kansas, Texas, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Mexico, & even Croatia. So, this blog was kind of our way to keep everyone on the same page with our new addition on the way.
& now it has become so much more than that! We are not only letting our families see what were doing & what were working on & how were growing, but we are able to encourage & share with you all as well. It is kind of fun :)
Now i know you all know who we are, but we would like to get to know you! Leave us a comment on this post telling us who you are & where you're from & whatever else you feel like saying!
 if you have a blog or website, leave that too!!

Thanks again!

  5. Hey guys! I'm Nicole from Baltimore - stumbled across your blog a few weeks ago via Pinterest (your oh-so-fabulous tree skirt is on my winter project to-do list). I'm a fairly new blogger and as I'm moving into a new place in less than 2 weeks, I'm hoping to document all of my DIY decor projects that I take on... as well as everything else. My blog is nothing if not eclectic. I've loved reading about your projects and preparations for little Giuliana! Hoping you all have a wonderful holiday season.

  6. Hi! :) My name is Lupita, I'm about to be 22, and I just moved to AZ from CA this summer. My boyfriend and I live in West Phoenix and we are loving it here. I spend a lot of time on the computer (since I don't really know anyone out here) and I love looking at sites like Pinterest and tumblr. I make youtube videos (withlovelupita) from time to time and I'm about to start blogging as well (I just took some pictures for my first post! Eeep).

  11. Hello! I'm Starla from Oklahoma. I have been reading your blog for a few weeks now. I found you on Pinterest as well with the adorable tree skirt. I love how crafty and creative you two are. I even made your ice-cream recipe last night. I have been sick with strept-throat for 2 days now, and didn't want to leave the house, so i decided to make it. It brought much relief and comfort! I can't wait to make your tree skirt and burlap canvas painting. Good luck with the upcoming baby! I know that you guys will make great parents. I'm so excited for you! Thanks for sharing your tips and ideas with us!

  14. I'm Hillary live in Chicago(but I grew up on a farm 2hours south) :) Like so many others I found your blog via Pinterest. After reading *almost* all your posts I felt like you could be my new best friend. In Chicago most new moms are around 35 so finding a new, young mom peer is extremely difficult. Our lives are so similar, your posts are so relate-able and I am so excited for you and your tiny family!

    In April I had a beautiful baby boy named Max. I am a stay at home mom and I love it! If you have any questions about the last few weeks of pregnancy, c-sections(I had complications), nursing, being a new mom and keeping it all together just email!
